About the Program

This program is designed for beginners with some strength training experience. The Beginner HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) Series is a pack of 22 workouts designed with short high intensity work bouts and shorter rest intervals. Each session is intended to challenge your strength and endurance, boost your cardiovascular health, and enhance your overall fitness level. This program is a self-paced program and does not have specific dates to complete workouts. The flexibility of the program allows you to tailor your workouts to your schedule, making it easy to stay committed to your fitness goals. Workout time length varies between workouts. All 2fast twins® Training strength training programs include video demonstrations of all exercises included in workouts, so you can see exactly how to execute the movement patterns correctly. What's Included: • Full access to the 2fast twins® app • Messaging with the 2fast twins® Training coaches in the app • Self-paced program • 22 complete workouts • Each exercise included in a session has a demonstration video for proper form and technique. • Each session includes additional technique notes and modification exercises when necessary. • The Beginner HIIT Pack 1 Program comes with 4 variations: dumbbells, dumbbells (no floor work required), kettlebells, or kettlebells (no floor work required). Required Equipment: • a set of dumbbells (or) • a kettlebell Please note: All participants in the Beginner HIIT Pack 1 Program will be required to sign a Participant and Assumption of Risk Agreement and a Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement before beginning the program.
