Beginner Kettlebell Part 1

Required equipment: one kettlebell. This program is designed for individuals with little to no strength training experience. The focus is on implementing proper movement patterns and technique while working on muscular endurance and stabilization. All 2fast twins® Training strength training programs include video demonstrations of all exercises included in workouts, so you can see exactly how to execute the movement patterns correctly. In the subsequent weeks, expect the workload to gradually intensify, with strategically planned de-load weeks incorporated to allow your body the necessary recovery time. What's Included: • 8-week program • 2 strength training sessions per week • Each session includes a warm-up, training session, balance and core work, and cool down. • Each exercise included in a session has a demonstration video for proper form and technique. • Each workout includes modifications (if you need and/or want) with video examples. Please note: All participants in the Beginner Kettlebell Training Plan will be required to sign a Participant and Assumption of Risk Agreement and a Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement before beginning the program. Remember, progress takes time and patience, so trust the process and enjoy the journey to a stronger and healthier you!
