Our Couch to 5k Training Plan is a 10-week program for runners looking to finish their first 5k. This Training Plan is designed for non-runners and/or individuals with no running experience. Our Couch to 5k Training Plan gives you three structured runs a week, culminating in a 5k! Designed to start on a Monday, 10 weeks out from your 5k! Please note: All participants in the Couch to 5k Training Plan will be required to sign a Participant and Assumption of Risk Agreement and a Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement before beginning the program.
