Our Couch to Half Marathon Training Plan is a 16-week program for runners looking to finish their first half marathon. This Training Plan is designed for non-runners and/or individuals with no running experience. Our Couch to Half Marathon Training Plan gives you three or four structured runs a week, culminating in a half marathon! As an added bonus, you'll be able to run (or race) a 5k at the end of week 6 and run (or race) a 10k at the end of week 10! Designed to start on a Monday, 16 weeks out from your half marathon! Please note: All participants in the Couch to Half Marathon Training Plan will be required to sign a Participant and Assumption of Risk Agreement and a Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement before beginning the program.
