About the Program
This program is designed for individuals with some strength training experience. The focus is on implementing proper movement patterns and technique while working on muscular endurance and stabilization. All workouts are designed in a fun and exciting circuit style. All 2fast twins® Training strength training programs include video demonstrations of all exercises included in workouts, so you can see exactly how to execute the movement patterns correctly. What's Included: • 8-week program • 2 strength training sessions per week • Each session includes a warm-up, training session with balance and core work, and cool down. • Each exercise included in a session has a demonstration video for proper form and technique. • Each workout includes modifications (if you need and/or want) with video examples, if applicable. • The Intermediate Circuits Variation #1 Program comes with 4 variations: dumbbells, dumbbells (no floor work required), kettlebells, or kettlebells (no floor work required). Required Equipment: • a set of dumbbells (or) • a kettlebell Please note: All participants in the Intermediate Circuits Variation #1 Plan will be required to sign a Participant and Assumption of Risk Agreement and a Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement before beginning the program.
