About the Program

The INTERMEDIATE FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY programs are designed to: • improve muscle imbalances • improve joint range of motion • increase the muscles extensibility, or capability to be stretched • improve the ability to move freely What’s included: • Full access to the 2fast twins app • Messaging with the 2fast twins Training coaches in the app. • 16-week program • 3 training sessions per week - this program is designed to be flexible, so workouts can be completed at any time during the week. • Each workout includes a warm-up, mobility training session, and flexibility training session. • Each stretch or exercise included in a workout has a demonstration video for proper form and technique. • Stretches and exercises include additional technique notes when necessary. Required Equipment: In the INTERMEDIATE FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY program, equipment will vary depending on the workout. Workouts can require: • a low box or stool Please note: All participants in the Intermediate Flexibility & Mobility Training Plan will be required to sign a Participant and Assumption of Risk Agreement and a Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement before beginning the program.
