INTERMEDIATE HIIT workouts are a variety of high intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions. INTERMEDIATE HIIT workouts offer a versatile and effective way to keep your training dynamic. These workouts are designed to: • improve cardiovascular health and stamina • increase muscle strength, hypertrophy, & endurance • increase balance, coordination, and core strength • improve mental toughness Workout types included in INTERMEDIATE HIIT: • Energize: Every Minute on the Minute (EMOM) workouts • Powerful: Tabata workouts • Thrive: Circuit workouts • Transform: Ladder workouts TRAIN 2FAST UNLIMITED is filled with a diverse array of exercise routines, offering something for everyone, regardless of their fitness level or goals. Each workout is accompanied by detailed descriptions, instructional videos, and tips to ensure proper form and maximum effectiveness. With new workouts added regularly, TRAIN 2FAST UNLIMITED encourages users to explore and find what keeps them motivated and energized. Whether you're looking to build strength, improve endurance, or simply stay active, this comprehensive collection is designed to inspire and support your fitness journey. What’s included: • Full access to the 2fast twins app • Messaging with the 2fast twins Training coaches in the app. • New workouts added to TRAIN 2FAST UNLIMITED weekly. • Each workout includes a warm-up, training session, and cool down. • Each exercise included in a workout has a demonstration video for proper form and technique. • Each workout includes additional technique notes, no floor alternative exercises, and/or modification exercises when necessary. Required Equipment: In the INTERMEDIATE HIIT workout series, equipment will vary depending on the workout. Workouts can require: • a set of dumbbells (or) • a kettlebell • a set of mini resistance bands
