Beginner Strength Training Series Phase 3

Duration: 8 weeks [2 sessions per week] This Beginner Strength Training Series is designed for athletes with little to no strength training experience. Our beginner-friendly workouts focus on implementing proper movement patterns and technique while working on muscular endurance and stabilization. Our approach prioritizes safety and effectiveness, making it suitable for beginners who want to build strength without risking injury. In the subsequent weeks, expect the workload to gradually intensify, with strategically planned de-load weeks incorporated to allow your body the necessary recovery time.
