Flexibility & Mobility Series Phase 1

Duration: 12 weeks [2 sessions per week] Our flexibility and mobility programs are designed to: ✔️ Improve muscle imbalances ✔️ Improve joint range of motion ✔️ Increase the muscles extensibility, or capability to be stretched ✔️ Improve the ability to move freely Our flexibility and mobility programs are designed as stand-alone workouts that can be completed post-workout at any time during the week. These workouts should NOT be completed as a warm up before any intense training sessions. What’s included: ✔️ Full access to the 2fast twins app ✔️ Bi-monthly check-ins ✔️ Messaging with the 2fast twins Training coaches in the app. ✔️ Each workout includes a warm-up, mobility training session, and flexibility training session. ✔️ Each stretch or exercise included in a workout has a demonstration video for proper form and technique. ✔️ Stretches and exercises include additional technique notes when necessary. Required Equipment: In our flexibility and mobility programs, equipment will vary depending on the workout. Workouts can require: ✔️ a low box or stool ✔️ an exercise mat (recommended) ✔️ a bench or chair (no floor alternative exercises)
