Our FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY programs are designed to: • Improve muscle imbalances • Improve joint range of motion • Increase the muscles extensibility, or capability to be stretched • Improve the ability to move freely • Our FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY programs are designed as stand-alone workouts, that can be completed post-workout. These workouts should NOT be completed before any intense training sessions as a warm up. What’s included: • Full access to the 2fast twins app • Bi-weekly check-ins • Messaging with the 2fast twins Training coaches in the app. • 12-week program • 3 training sessions per week - this program is designed to be flexible, so workouts can be completed at any time during the week. • Each workout includes a warm-up, mobility training session, and flexibility training session. • Each stretch or exercise included in a workout has a demonstration video for proper form and technique. • Stretches and exercises include additional technique notes when necessary. Required Equipment: In our FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY programs, equipment will vary depending on the workout. Workouts can require: • a low box or stool • chair (no floor alternative exercises) • an exercise mat (recommended) Please note: All participants in our Flexibility & Mobility Series Phase 2 Plan will be required to sign a Participant and Assumption of Risk Agreement and a Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement before beginning the program.
