You Go Girl - Beginner Strength Training Series Phase 1

Duration: 8 weeks [3 sessions per week] The You Go Girl Training Series was specifically designed for girls and women! Not only do we want you to gain strength through this program, but we also want you to gain confidence through your fitness journey! Remember, strong is beautiful, no matter where you are in your fitness journey! Don't forget to believe in yourself, as we believe in you! The Introduction to Strength Training program is designed for athletes with little to no strength training experience. Our beginner-friendly workouts focus on implementing proper movement patterns and techniques while working on muscular endurance and stabilization. Our approach prioritizes safety and effectiveness, making it suitable for beginners who want to build strength without risking injury. In the subsequent weeks, expect the workload to gradually intensify, with strategically planned de-load weeks incorporated to allow your body the necessary recovery time.
