The You Go Girl Training Series was specifically designed for girls and women! Not only do we want you to gain strength through this program, but we also want you to gain confidence through your fitness journey! Remember, strong is beautiful, no matter where you are in your fitness journey! Don't forget to believe in yourself, as we believe in you! This program is designed for individuals with little to no strength training experience, with the focus on implementing proper movement patterns and techniques while working on muscular endurance and stabilization. All 2fast twins® Training strength training programs include video demonstrations of all exercises included in workouts, so you can see exactly how to execute the movement patterns correctly. In the subsequent weeks, expect the workload to gradually intensify, with strategically planned de-load weeks incorporated to allow your body the necessary recovery time. Our approach prioritizes safety and effectiveness, making it suitable for beginners who want to build strength without risking injury. What's Included: • Full access to the 2fast twins® Training app • Bi-monthly check-ins • Messaging with the 2fast twins® Training coaches in the app • 8-week program • 2 strength training sessions per week • 1 mobility, flexibility, & core session per week • Each exercise included in a session has a demonstration video for proper form and technique. • Each session includes additional technique notes and no floor alternative exercises when necessary. • Performance Tracker - sync your data to the 2fast twins® Training app. Required Equipment: • a set of dumbbells • an exercise mat (recommended) Please note: All participants in the You Go Girl - Introduction to Strength Training Plan will be required to sign a Participant and Assumption of Risk Agreement and a Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement before beginning the program.
